Easy to clean.
Before first use, rinse the pre-seasoned cookware with hot water and dry well. Do not use soap. For best results, cook with medium heat and add a small amount of vegetable oil to the cookware before each use. Avoid metal cooking utensils. After cooking, clean with a hard brush and hot water, rinse and dry with a tea towel. To remove stuck food, boil water in the cookware for a few minutes to dissolve residue. Then rinse and dry with a tea towel. Hand wash Soap and harsh detergents should never be used to clean pre-seasoned cast iron cookware. To avoid rusting, apply a thin layer of oil to the cooking surface after washing (while the cookware is still warm). Do not pour cold water into the hot cookware and do not air dry.
