SV305 Electronic Eyepiece is Svbonys third generation astronomical camera.

SV305 electronic eyepiece compensates for defects of SV105 and SV205.

It solves the problems of slow image speed, slow image storage speed,

the missing ROI function, short exposure time and so on. Can meet the needs of astronomy enthusiasts for planetary photography.

128M RAM.

The SV305 USB camera has a built-in 128MB image buffer The image buffer is that the memory cradles the image and transfers it to the computer when the USB interface is not occupied or interrupted, and the frame is not lost or damaged. This buffer also allows multiple cameras to be operated with a computer without any problem.

IMX290 CMOS Sensor CMOS

The SV305 telescope camera is equipped with a Sony IMX290 CMOS sensor. So exposure time is much longer than SV105 and SV205. The sensor can support exposure time of more than one hour. To provide the customer with the best possible astronomy experience, the SV305 only supports an exposure time of 30 minutes and 1800 seconds. The longer the exposure takes, the hotter the camera gets and the more reading sounds will occur on the picture. So 1800 seconds is enough.


1.25 inch thread. SV305 electronic camera is the same style as SV105 and SV205 cameras. It has standard thread M28.5 x 0.6 for 1.25 inch filter. So you can use all Svbony 1.25" filters for the SV305 camera.	C-mount lens adapter. The SV305 telescope camera is equipped with the C-mount lens adapter. So you can connect a C lens to your SV305 camera.	ROI. Any surface ROI Region of Interest (ROI) provides a higher frame rate to capture the details of the sky.	Three output frames. High-speed, medium speed and low speed are optional to achieve better reception speed for the hardware.

How to use:

1. Install the driver for the SV305 electronic camera from the CD (included).

2. Install the latest SHARPCAP software according to the instructions on your computer.

3. Set up your telescope and find the target with your optical eyepiece. Then replace the optical eyepiece with SV305.

4. Adjust the parameters manually to your needs.

Note: The SV305 USB eyepiece is compatible with the Windows and Linux system. It can be run under the operating systems WIN7, WIN8, WIN10, 32bit, 64bit and Linux.
