Description

With the Celestron 1.25 inch eyepiece and filter set, you can expand the functionality of your telescope and enjoy it even more. In the metal carrying case with foam insert you will find the following accessories: (32mm Plossl eyepiece - 1.25", 17mm Plossl eyepiece - 1.25", 13mm Plossl eyepiece - 1.25", 8mm Plossl eyepiece - 1.25", 6mm Plossl eyepiece - 1.25 2X BarLow lens - 1.25 inches, 80A blue filter - 1.25 inches, 58 green filters - 1.25 inches, 56 light green filters - 1.25 inches, 25 red filters - 1.25 inches, 21 orange filters - 1.25 inches, 12 yellow filters - 1.25 inches, moon filter - 1.25 inches. Ocular - All five Plossl eyepieces can be used in all telescopes with a 1.25" focuser. Each eyepiece has four elements with a field of view of 52 degrees. The fully multi-coated optics improve light transmission and protect the lenses. The 32mm Plossl eyepiece provides low power vision with wide field of view in most telescopes. The 13 mm and 17 mm focal lengths are good medium eyepieces, and the 8 mm and 6 mm eyepieces provide good magnifications, which are particularly suitable for observations of the moon and the planets in good viewing conditions. Double Barlow lens - The included very flexible dual Barlow lens doubles the magnification of all 1. 25 inch Okularen. This set includes five (5) eyepieces that you can use with and without Barlow lens, giving you ten magnifications to choose from. The Barlow lens can also be used with other 1.25" eyepieces you may already have, giving you even more magnifications to choose from. However, you should not forget that high magnifications do not always provide clear, sharp experiences, especially in moderate observation conditions. Try out which magnifications in your telescope work best on a given night. Filter - Colour filters highlight the details on the surface of planets or their cloud cover. All planetary filters in the 1.25 inch eyepiece and accessory set as well as the moon filters can be used with all 1.25 inch eyepieces with the matching threads, making them very versatile. Simply screw onto the eyepiece of your choice and slide it into the focuser. The moon filter is the first accessory new amateur astronomers buy and for good reason! It filters out some of the moonlight captured by your eyepiece so you can see details better. You can also try this filter with the planet Venus. They prevent enough glare so you can observe the planetary phases more easily. METAL CASE: The sturdy metal case with foam inserts protect and secure your accessories. Keep all parts in the right place when not in use, then they always look like new and always show good performance. The case even offers enough space to store additional accessories. Simply pull out enough foam cubes to store an eyepiece, camera adapter, etc. It is better if the parts are well secured, remove as little foam as possible at first and check the seat. If necessary, you can then remove even more foam.
