Comfort Control Digital Thermo-Hygrometer

The thermo-hygrometer shows the measured temperature and humidity values. In addition, an optical and acoustic signal warns you if there is a risk of mould.
As a further indicator, the instrument displays the dew point, i.e. the temperature from which the moisture in the air begins to condensate and water droplets form in correspondingly cold places - the precursor of mould.

Why the room climate is important for health.
Mould and mites spread properly in high humidity. But too dry room air can also affect our well-being in various ways. Skin and respiratory organs are burdened and infections, allergies and asthma have an easy game. Studies have shown that a relative humidity of the room air of 40 to 60% pathogens and thus minimises respiratory diseases.
Avoid mould.
Showering, cooking, laundry drying: Through his activities, humans continuously releases water vapour. If there is not enough air exchange - a problem of many modern, well-insulated houses - the room air quickly becomes too damp.
But only a permanently high humidity of over 65% can cause the dreaded mould on walls and in cupboards.

Your Comfort Control works very precisely and highly responsive sensors to determine temperature and humidity.
The accuracy is +/- 4% rH (relative humidity) in the range of 35 to 75% and +/- 5% in the rest of the range. The temperature has an accuracy of +/- 1 °C in the entire measuring range from -10 to +60 °C.
