Description

Materials up to a material thickness of 4 mm can be drilled and deburred with little effort in one operation. Advantages: drilling and deburring in just one step. Absolute smoothness and high cutting performance. Effortless centring and drilling thanks to high-quality drill tip. Facilitates retraction with drilled sheets thanks to tool cone. Non-breaking chips are removed cleanly as with a twist drill. The formation of surface cutting and cold welding on the cutting edges is avoided. Recommended use: place HSS step drill bits on sheet metal, pipes and profiles up to max. 4 mm material thickness. For step drills without coating, use cutting oil or compressed air as coolants/lubricants.
