Description

Anti-static polyurethane hose, super light, microbial resistant and flame retardant as suction hose, flex hose, spiral hose, hose for extraction systems and wood processing, sold by the metre, made in Germany.

Use:

This hose is used for extraction and transport of dust and shavings e.g. in the woodworking industry. It is also suitable for the material transport of granules and powders for weighing and packaging, as well as for extraction of industry and household vacuum cleaners. This is a high-quality suction hose made in Germany. Due to the fact that it is corrugated inside and outside it is very flexible. Flexibility is maintained even at high and low temperatures. The suction hose is abrasion resistant and has good compressibility. Even at higher temperatures, it is resistant conductive, when earthing the spiral, temperature resistance from -40 °C to + 100 °C weight, bending radius, operating pressure and vacuum vary depending on the diameter. There are official approvals and certificates for the complete hose from the manufacturer. This means for the woodworking industry this hose meets the safety requirements of the German Holz-BG. This also means for the woodworking industry that the hose is conductive by grounding the integrated spring spiral according to BGR 132.
