Many have complained that it was impossible to adjust the angle of the handlebar on this stem. Although it seems to be adjusted by loosening the screws on both sides, the key is to remove the screw on the bottom of the stem (it points to the front tyre). After removing this screw, in my experience, you no longer need to adjust the angle by loosening the side screws; you simply move the handlebar to the desired angle by hand. Then insert the bottom screw again, and everything is ready.
