Ergo Belay System Fuse Device

The Ergo Belay system was developed in conjunction with Chris Semmel. As a publicly ordered and sworn expert for alpine accidents, climbing and avalanche accidents, trainers in the German mountain guide teaching team as well as in the teaching team of the DAV, he has significantly incorporated his extensive knowledge and his many years of experience in the analysis of climbing accidents. The result is a security device according to the tuber principle.

The device is designed to allow fast rope output without accidental blocking.
At the same time, it also offers more efficiency and smooth handling when securing a predecessor.
The unique ergonomic design means that grip is not necessary in any situation and that the brake hand principle is never damaged.
When draining, the speed can be easily dosed.
The simple, intuitive operation avoids errors and the functional principle is designed so that it does not come to a total failure even if misused.
Thanks to its locking function, it is independent of the hand force and thus offers increased safety compared to other safety devices.
