●Dimensions: When purchasing a fitness ball / office ball, you must consider the size or the diameter of the ball. The size of the ball should always correlate to your body size. The rules: For example, when you sit on the ball, your thighs should be horizontal, with your lower legs at a 90-degree angle and both feet touching the ground. Our "Orion" exercise ball is available in the following sizes: 55 cm (156 – 165 cm) 65 cm (166 – 177 cm), 75 cm (178-188 cm) and 85 cm (>190 cm).
●Material & care instructions: Our Gym Ball is made of PVC, a hard-wearing, durable, easy-care material. The ball can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth. Cleaning products and detergents, however, stick to the surface of the ball, making it porous and crack. This means that the fitness ball loses stability and the maximum load capacity is no longer guaranteed. The ball should be protected from direct sunlight, extreme heat and extreme cold.
