The sonar converter works at a 45 degree beam angle when immersed in water, which can detect a water depth of up to 328 feet below the sonar sensor.
When fish or schools of fish move in the detection area, the fish location is displayed on the hand fish finder. Calculate the exact fish location using the right column on the screen.

Change unit of measurement
Press the "Enter" button for 5 seconds, then you can freely switch the unit of measurement to feet/m.
Correct working mode
There are two working modes for the kayak fish finder: the normal mode and the demo mode. Press the power button for 3 seconds, the fish finder automatically switches to demo mode. To get accurate detection data, please restart the device and switch to normal mode instead.

You cannot use it in the swimming pool as the converter does not work in a small space. Sonar technology is based on sound pulses. The converter sends a sound pulse signal and determines the distance by measuring the time between the transmission of the sound pulse and the reflection of the sound pulse on an object.
