Powered by butane gas or propane and with 8 kW of power, this stove heats up really quickly. Preheating takes about 10 minutes and can reach 500°. The burner has electronic ignition with thermocouple shut-off protection system. The casing is made of stainless steel, which allows better heat retention and preserves the original flavors of the pizza. The base on which the pizza is placed consists of a mechanical turntable made of Cordireit stone with a height of 1.5 cm and a diameter of 40 cm. Its light weight of 19 kg allows for easy transport, and the feet can be folded to make the oven even more compact.
