From a quick pasta al ragù to a low-temperature cooked, savoury stew; from delicate, juicy roasting to freshly baked breads, the round roaster is perfect for cooking a variety of dishes in a single pot. It distributes and retains heat evenly, so that all your dishes taste even better than you have imagined. Cast iron is an energy efficient material. Once hot, it only requires a low heat supply to achieve good cooking performance as the material retains the heat excellently. The stove top and cookware should be heated at low to medium temperature simultaneously. Thanks to the heat-resistant handles and knobs, the roaster can also be used in the oven.
Due to its material properties, cast iron has a high weight, but this feature ensures the optimum function of the cookware: excellent heat absorption and retention as well as excellent energy efficiency when cooking.

The enamel is hygienic and acid resistant. It is suitable for storing raw or cooked food, as well as for marinating in wine or lemon juice. In addition, dishes in this cookware can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. The bright enamel is mainly used in roasters and pots and can be easily cleaned due to its smooth surface.
Cast iron cookware can be used on all standard hobs, whether electric, gas or ceramic hobs. Due to the magnetic properties of the cast iron, it is also ideal for induction cookers. The diameter of the heat source should not be greater than that of the cookware. The roasters can also be used in the oven, so that the heat source can be changed as desired during the cooking process.
