Signature Cast Iron Oval Roasting Dish

The Le Creuset Oval Roasting Dish is ideal for cooking poultry from a piece to a large roast. It distributes and retains heat evenly, so that all your dishes taste even better than you have imagined. Cast iron is an energy efficient material. Once hot, it only requires a low heat supply to achieve good cooking performance as the material retains the heat excellently. The stove top and cookware should be heated at low to medium temperature simultaneously. Thanks to the heat-resistant handles and knobs, the roaster can also be used in the oven.
