3-layer non-stick coating

The aluminium non-stick cookware from Le Creuset is characterised by its highly abrasion-resistant, durable and robust non-stick coating. The non-stick coating is used not only on the inside, but also on the outside. This means that the food can be easily dissolved for years, regardless of whether it is frilled with a lot or little fat. The coating is so abrasion resistant that even metal utensils can be used with care. Easy cleaning is guaranteed and so nothing stands in the way of a varied cooking experience.

Riveted handles.

The entire aluminium non-stick cookware range from Le Creuset features firmly riveted handles. The handles are hollow inside and are attached with rust-proof stainless steel rivets. Unlike screwed handles, riveted handles do not loosen and therefore have a longer service life. The handles are ergonomically designed, which makes it comfortable to carry and lift even when using gloves or pot holders. The pan handles do not get hot during cooking on the stove. The perforated handle end on pans allows for hanging storage.

Cleaning and care:

All aluminium non-stick products are dishwasher safe. In order to maintain the non-stick effect in the long term, hand washing is recommended. Before first use, the inside of all aluminium non-stick products should be rubbed with vegetable oil, then rinse with hot water and dry well.
