Step 1Clean the surface and keep it wet with water and coolant, then mark the position of the drill hole. |
Step 2Slowly start drilling at a 45 degree angle to the surface. |
Step 3Drill at low speed and adjust the drilling angle to a vertical position when the hole appears. |
Step 4Slow down the speed to drill the hole directly, or get out and drill from the other side to make it even. |
Application
Caution:
Start drilling at a 45 degree angle and drill vertically when the crescent edge is cut to avoid the hole saw slipping. Use water to keep it moist and cool for the last life.
