Use of the S&R diamond hole saw

Remove the pilot drill from the saw body with a small hex key. Drill in the desired places in the workpiece with the centre drill. The centre drill should be firmly placed in the pre-drilled hole without slipping. Mount the centre drill firmly to the diamond hole saw. Immerse the sponge in clean water and insert it in the hole saw. Insert the hole saw and pilot drill on the pre-drilled place and first drill at low speed and medium pressure. Remove the centre drill and the sponge as soon as A groove of approx. 1-2 mm depth and the crown can no longer slip. Continue drilling with slightly higher speed and moderate pressure while performing slight circular movements with the machine. After drilling, the core can be pushed out through the holes on the back of the hole saw body with a small screwdriver or hex key
