Description

Wood fitting connectors allow for quick assembly that saves DIY enthusiasts and professionals alike a lot of time. Only a few things are needed to fit fitting connectors. In addition to fitting connectors and beams, these are:

First, attach the stencil to the main carrier using the fixing holes. With the router you can now mill a recess of 14 mm. After that, the actual assembly of the connector is in turn. In the first step, the main carrier plate is screwed into the prepared joint.

After that, it goes to the side support plate, which is screwed on in the middle of the sub-beam beam. You only need to mark the middle with a pencil. Then simply screw the side support plate onto the beam. Thanks to the sheet metal guide, the screw-in angles are specified. Calculations are not necessary.

Now the support can be easily hung in the main carrier. The result is a completely stable and invisible connection.

Note: To ensure that the installation of joists and fitting connectors can be carried out perfectly, the template and chipboard screws must comply with the manufacturers specifications.
