Do not apply with a brush. Methods of use: immersion bath, filling, ultrasound, conditioner, spray technology, adhesion (see technical data sheet (QR code)) - Minimum use temperature: 15°C - Incompatibility with other materials: magnesium and its alloys, cadmium and its alloys - Also paints and powder coatings are removed unless they are oxide based products (normally Yellow, orange and red). Carbon steel has a certain darkening of the surface. It is recommended to completely immerse the metal object to be removed. In case of only partial immersion, some parts may have a dark line at the air/liquid interface. The sale of the ready-to-use product under the registered trademark Evapo-Rust® means that the customer has a maximum consumption of one litre for the removal of 60 g. water-free rust. Further dilution with water does not lead to any significant advantage compared to the ready-to-use solution sold by us: 1. The saturation level of the active ingredient contained in the product, to which the total amount of removable rust corresponds to (i.e. consumption), does not change regardless of the degree of dilution actually applied and corresponds to a maximum of 60 g of anhydrous rust per litre of EVAPO-RUST® 2. The Condegree of water increases the time period for the completion of the pickling process considerably, i.e. the maximum period of 24/48 hours of the ready-to-use product EVAPO-RUST® is no longer applicable, and the end user must determine the time to complete the pickling process himself. To avoid too much slowing down of the chemical reaction, dilutions with a ratio of more than 1:1 (e.g. : 1 litre. EVAPO-RUST® + 1 Lt. water).
