230 V flush-mounted protective contact socket with 2 USB ports each. Thanks to the socket you can charge your mobile device such as smartphone, MP3 player, digital camera or tablet PC via USB cable and at the same time operate any device in the socket. This eliminates the annoying search for the USB power supply as well as the cumbersome use of power strips.
The installation of the USB sockets takes place, like any conventional flush-mounted socket, with 3-phase to the house network. When installing, it is only important to note that the installation depth in the wall is sufficient.
The USB sockets are compatible with all switch programs with standard dimensions 55 x 55 mm, to which programs from well-known manufacturers such as Gira System 55, Jung AS 500, Busch-Jaeger Balance SI, Berker, Merten, etc. counting.
We recommend integration into the system 55 by Gira, as the USB sockets fit perfectly. The cover stands approx. 1mm Over.
Product safety
The USB sockets have been removed from TÜV Rheinland (certificate no. : R50422430). This has been tested according to the following standards:
DIN VDE 0620-1/03.13 EN 60950-1:2006+A11+A1+A12+A2
The USB sockets meet the high requirements of TÜV Rheinland in all points.
Attention: Do not purchase USB sockets that are not properly registered in Germany according to the Electrical and Electronic Devices Act (ElektroG) and thus violate the directive 2012/19/EU. Before purchasing, please check whether these are correctly registered with the EAR foundation. You will find us under the Reg.-No. DE 62939209
