FAQ
F: Printer is not displayed on the computer after installation; the computer has not recognised it as a printer after installation; not compatible with your computer?
A: Turn on the device and reinstall the driver; reconnect the USB cable (very important! ); Please try to change a USB interface to connect.
F: Print blank
A: Please make sure this is direct thermal label paper, the printer does not work with thermal transfer labels; thermal label paper to be printed must point to the ceiling. Except for the two above situations, please do factory reset via the tool software, see the setting steps of USB, only 2 clicks (very important).
F: Poor printing result
A: Clean print head/rubber roller, select "Print as picture" under "Advanced" and the printing effect will be much better (Windows system only).
