Use steps:
Soften earwax beforehand. To improve the cleaning effect, it is important to soften the wax. Drain the clean water tank with warm water or other doctor-recommended solutions.2. Install the washing tip on the handle.3. Press and hold the power button for 3S until the light is always on green and the indicator light flashes between 4 modes.4.
