How the Swedish tea towel arrives

The sponges come in dry form to preserve their unique properties before first use and reduce the carbon footprint when transporting the sponges, as each pre-moistened sponge can carry more than 2 dry sponges These towels are widely used in Swedish households and are ideal for cleaning a range of kitchen and bathroom surfaces. They dry extremely quickly and so bacteria have no time to build up and therefore no bad smell
How to use:
For a long service life, place the cloths on the top rack of the dishwasher or, if you do not have a dishwasher, the washing machine (do not tumble dry) and wash them no higher than 40 °C. The service life depends on how you use your clothes and what personal preferences you have. Normally 2-3 months with average wear, but these towels can be used for up to 6 months or 100 wash cycles - and each pack contains 10 to get extra use, ring well and let it dry between washes.
How to dispose of:
Our cloths and packaging are completely natural: When they disintegrate, they release valuable nutrients to the soil and support the growth of trees and plants. There are many safe ways to dispose of our tea towels. If you have a compost heap or container at home, this is perfect. Otherwise, they can be added to garden and food waste to be removed. If you feel adventurous, you can even cut them and use them as a mat or super sponge in the garden to moisturise the plants.
