Description

This variable polarising filter with 2 inch diameter allows individual adjustment of the brightness - useful for earth observation and solar system objects. The brightness differences of many details of objects of the solar system are often very different. This is particularly eye-catching:

- Craters on the moon near the light - shadow border.

- Sunspots and torches on the sun. (Please note: only in conjunction with a suitable lens sun filter!)

- Details on planets.

Overrays caused by the bright regions prevent the recognition of the fine details. With variable polarisation filters, you can adjust the degree of darkening individually. The variable polarising filters consist of two individual filters. By twisting the lower filter to the top, the different darkening is created. The light transmission of the polarising filter is between 1% and 40%. Thus, you have a very wide efficiency.
