Friendly reminder:
It does not work with the USB port of TV, amplifier, CD player, car, projector, PS3, Xbox, Nintendo Switch. Only supports 4-pin TRRS microphones (TRRS connector has 3 black rings), not for TS or TRS microphones. It does not work with the headset with separate 3.5 mm headphone and microphone jacks. Inline volume and remote control on iPhone headphones, beats, Bose Apple standard headphones are disabled. Most operating systems support multiple audio outputs, but it can always only at the same time. Always choose the right audio output via the integrated audio control panel of the operating system. Always audio output and microphone input.
Audio output instructions configuration:
Windows 7/8/8.1/10:
Step 1: Click on the sound icon in the taskbar with the left mouse button. Step 2: Choose playback device - headphones (Realtek USB 2.0 audio device); Step 3: Adjust the volume on the computer and in the application.
Mac OS:
Go to System Settings > Sound > Output or Input > Select a device for sound output > USB headphones.
