Description

Tie down straps are a simple tool for securing loads. The webbing is guided around the load to be secured, then pulled through the ratchet and tensioned with the help of the lever until the clamping force is reached. These tie down straps are designed to secure medium to heavy loads. They are easy to use and completely safe. Our straps have been manufactured according to DIN EN 12195-2 and are also GS tested. The 2-piece lashing straps are made from 100% polyester and have a double claw hook on both the ratchet part and the strap end. The handle on the ratchet part is made of metal, which has proven to be better in handling and durability compared to plastic handles.

2 piece lashing strap with double claw hooks on both ends. The total length is 4 metres (0.5 m ratchet part + 3.5 m strap). Double claw hooks can be attached to all lashing points in the vehicle floor and on the front and side wall

Metal ratchet and handle

Not only the ratchet itself, the handle on the ratchet part is made of metal. Compared to plastic handles, metal handles have a longer service life and are also more comfortable to use.

Important:

Check your lashing straps regularly for cracks, cuts, indents and breaks in load-bearing fibres and seams as well as deformations caused by heat exposure. If your straps have some damages, they must be removed from operation. Regular visual inspection before and after each use is recommended.
