Description

Faux leather PVC trend.

Material composition:

- 87% polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
- 21% polyester.
- 2% vinyl acrylic.

Technical features:

- Weight: 430 g/m² (+- 10%) according to ISO 2686-2.
- Thickness: 0.8 mm (+- 0.1 mm) according to ISO 2686-3.
- Tensile strength transverse: min. 200 N in accordance with ISO 1421.
- Tensile strength longitudinal: min. 250 N in accordance with ISO 1421.
- Tear resistance cross: min. 20 N in accordance with ISO 46742.
- Tear resistance longitudinal: min. 30 N in accordance with ISO 46742.
- Elongation at break: min. 95% (+- 20%) in accordance with ISO 1421.
- Elongitudinal breaking elongation: min. 85% (+- 20%) in accordance with ISO 1421.
- Adhesive strength: min. 40 N in accordance with ISO 2411.
- Abrasion resistance: min. 50,000 RUB according to DIN 53863.
- Abrasion resistance at 3 kPa: min. 100,000 RUB according to ASTM D 4966-98
- Colour fastness dry: 4-5 GS in accordance with ISO 105X12.
- Colour fastness wet: 4-5 GS according to ISO 105X12.

Cleaning instructions:

Azo dyes, heavy metals, pesticides, PCP/TeCP, formaldehyde, PCB are within the permissible limits in products due to EKO-TEX STANDART 100.

In case of spillage of coffee, tea etc.:

Use an absorbent cloth or piece of paper. Do not rub! Allow the stain to absorb until it is removed from the material surface. Rub very carefully with tissue paper by performing light circular motions to remove any remaining moisture.

Oil stains:

Use a soapy cotton cloth and gently rub the stain with circular motions. After this application, use a clean, damp cotton cloth to wipe the area and dry the surface.

In case of dust:

To remove dust, it is recommended to use a vacuum cleaner or soft brush.

Keep out of direct sunlight. Do not clean with bleach
