Instructions:
1. Soak the sharpening stone in water (salt water is better) for 15 minutes before use.
2. Do the coarse grinding first and then fine grinding for a better result.
3. Sharpening blades at a 10~20 degree angle would achieve a better effect.
4. After sharpening the knife, clean the knife with wet cloth or water, then dry it.
5. Use a soft brush to clean the stone, and then place it in a ventilated place to dry.
Caution: use not only the medium, but the whole surface for a long service life.
