With a mono/stereo switch on the SmartRig+ DI, you can choose how the channels are mixed when connected to a device. When set to mono, everything you plug in will be recorded on both channels. The mono setting is useful if you only plug in a single microphone as the audio is recorded on both channels. Stereo setting is useful when connecting two microphones or instruments as both channels are recorded as independent tracks. This gives you better editing options in post-production. The diverse inputs of the SmartRig+ DI ensure unlimited creative potential. You can connect a guitar and microphone at the same time or plug in two microphones for music recording or podcasting.
