Description

Specification: 1. Model: 3.3P-5V.
Function: input 0-100% PWM signal with 3.3V level, output 0-10V voltage
2. Receiving frequency range of PWM signal: 100Hz to 3kHz (1 to 3kHz recommended)
3. Plug the jump p pin at 5V
4. Analog voltage output: 0-10V output voltage
After switching on, if there is no input signal, the output is 0V
Calibration can be performed for the first time - enter the signal with a duty cycle of 50% and an amplitude of 3.3 V in DIN and DIN+. The frequency is 1-3 kHz. Use a multimeter to measure the AO and GND ports. Adjust the potentiometer on the board so that the multimeter shows 5.40V. This is used to calibrate the correspondence between the pulse signal and this module. The resolution of the module is 0.1 V. The output current capacity is 10 MA. If the percentage of the duty cycle is inversely proportional to the voltage, you can check the STEP LOW and ACTIVE check boxes in the MACH 3 software to set the PWM output pins.
5. Supply voltage: 15-30VDC (power requirements: >100MA), 12V can be adjusted.
6. Output power: approx. 10 mA.
7. Installation method: 4 x M3 screw hole port: 1. DIN+: positive end of PWM signal (common female PWM signal; common male signal end 3.3V)
2. DIN -: negative end of PWM signal (GND is connected to male and female; PWM signal is connected to male and female)
3. 12-30 V: positive pole of the power supply.
4. GND: Earthing the power supply
5. GND: Earthing power supply. It is connected to the power supply ground.
6. AO: Analog voltage output (0-10V) Package list: 1 x digital-analog PLC module
