Questions and answers
1. The print is blurred and indistinct, and the printed label always has a thin light line. Solution: Regularly clean the exterior and interior of the labeler. Be careful not to touch the print head when you open or close the case cover.
2. Put the tape in the machine? Solution: Take out the tape, carefully remove the trapped tape candle, cut out the deformed tape with scissors. After flattening the tape head, make sure the tape has been properly passed through the label guide slot.
3. Label printer ink ribbon half scissors no longer work? Solution: Adjust the depth of the knife, which must be continuously deepened until it can be cut. If it cuts through, cut the knife more easily. Replace the half cut with the full cut or cut with scissors.
