Feature

●Core drills have up to 10x shorter drilling time compared to twist drill bits.
●Core drills only cut the tooth width, the drill core is ejected.
●Lower energy consumption and less wear result in a long service life.
●Thanks to an advanced cutting edge geometry, a significantly improved cutting behaviour was achieved, which has a positive effect on the cutting performance and service life.
●Centring, pre-drilling and drilling is no longer necessary.

Description

Thanks to an advanced cutting geometry a significantly improved cutting behaviour was achieved, which has a positive effect on the cutting performance and service life.

1. Optimised cutting edge geometry for increased cutting performance and reduced cutting forces.
2. The rake angles are designed for universal use in various types of steel.
3. Improved chip removal thanks to U-shaped recess.
The special geometry of the gap reduces the thermal load on the HSS core drill, as the heat generated during machining is dissipated largely with the chip.
4. Reduction of friction between the HSS core drill and the workpiece thanks to optimised, spiral guide chamfers.

HSS core drill.
Core drill bit made of high-performance high-speed steel.
Suitable for steel (such as T-beams, large sheet metals), cast steel, non-ferrous and light metals.

Core drill with Weldon shank (¾ ″).
Can be used in all column and magnetic stand drills with Morse cone in conjunction with Ruko mounting holder no. 108 302 / 108 303 / 108 315 / 108 316, the RUKO EasyLock No. 108 312 / 108 313 / 108 316. 4 Direct attachment such as Ruko magnetic stand drill RS5e / RS10.

Handling with core drills with Weldon shaft.
