Hand Reamer
Design: HSS, DIN 206-B with left-hand spiral 7° and long, conical cut (approx. 1/3 of the cutting edge length). The uneven tooth pitch ensures a chatter mark free and accurate bore. With cylinder shaft and square drive. Blank surface.
Application: Ideal for individual production or repair work, only for reaming through holes. Not suitable for working blind holes due to the long, conical cut. Also suitable for drilling with interrupted cut. Especially for steel materials up to 500 N/mm² strength, e.g. general structural steels, steel materials up to 900 N/mm² strength such as free-cutting steels, tempered steels, tool steels, insert steels, cast materials and non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, brass, copper and bronzes.
