How to care for an enamelled cast iron Dutch oven?

1. First of all, it is important that you do not scratch the enamelled surface with metal tools. Only wood, plastic or heat-resistant silicone materials can be used.2. If the temperature is often too high during use, the glaze layer on the surface will be damaged, which will cause food to stick to the pot and damage the pot. To achieve the best cooking effect, it is therefore recommended to preheat for a few minutes on low heat before cooking and then use the heat needed for cooking.3. After heating, touch the handle or cover it with gloves to avoid scalding. Avoid damaging kitchen utensils after long use; check regularly whether the pot lid is loose.
