Preheat the pot empty or with oil or butter for 2-3 minutes on medium heat, then add food.

1. After use, use a brush and hot water to clean. Be careful not to soak the pot in water for too long.
2. Then wipe the moisture with a dry cloth.
3. Finally heat the pot to evaporate the water, then apply a small amount of oil to lubricate.
