The electrode
Medec zinc electrode and electrolysis salt 500 g with 6.3 mm jack plug. The zinc electrode is made of high-purity zinc and contains no nickel and no chrome. The previously known water discolouration no longer occurs here; it only forms a milky white cloudiness. The resulting foam bubbles turn slightly grey. Also new is the cleaning and disinfection of the electrode.
The zinc electrode must no longer be immersed in a cleaning liquid. Instead, after use, the zinc electrode is simply rinsed under running water and sprayed with a disinfectant.
According to the manufacturer, the durability of the zinc coil is up to 80 applications (depending on water hardness and intensity). Box contents: zinc electrode including 500 g can of electrolytic salt. Per application, the weight of the electrodes is reduced by up to 650 mg. Up to 60% of these go in solution. The solid component is used as zinc oxide.

The salts are the essence of the application. The Medec electrolyte salt mixture is characterised by the fact that it does not contain cooking salt. Cooking salt (sodium chloride) has the disadvantage that a pungent chlorine smell may occur during use.
The use of the special electrolyte salt mixture creates an alkaline soothing bath to ensure optimal ion transport.
The electrolyte salt mixture we offer contains important minerals such as magnesium, potassium, hydrogen carbonate, vitamin C and other trace elements. And all of this in food grade.
The salts are essential for use. Because only by the addition of the electrolyte salt the water becomes current-conductive. In addition, salts in ion form are inserted and promote the application principle.
The process of the Medec electrolysis foot bath application
The application requires little preparation. You should take enough liquid before use (0.5 litres to 1 litre of water is ideal). The control unit is supplied with voltage and the electrode is immersed in the tub and also connected to the control unit. Then fill the foot tub with pleasantly lukewarm water and add a measuring spoon of the electrolyte salt.
Now everything is ready for application and you can dip their feet in the tub. Start the application.
At the end of the application, the device stops automatically. You can easily empty the contents of the tub. The electrode can be cleaned under running water. Now everything is ready for the next application.
