3-in-1 hybrid system
The patented 3-in-1 hybrid system of the XB4000 combines high-quality goose feathers with an extremely stable nylon basket and ensures powerful strokes with extreme durability. While conventional natural shuttlecocks often lead to quick breakage of the feathers or instability below the head, the 3-in-1 system compensates for this with a sturdy nylon basket. Combine the characteristics of a natural shuttlecock with the durability of a nylon shuttlecock, then you have the perfect BallX Hybrid Ball XB4000.

The XB4000 features quality goose feathers that offer an optimal combination of lightness, durability and flight stability, making them the ideal choice for high-quality badminton shuttlecocks.
Goose feathers are particularly light, which contributes to the fact that the shuttlecock glides quickly and effortlessly through the air with every stroke. Goose feathers are stable and flexible at the same time. This allows the shuttlecock to maintain its shape while still providing the required resistance against the racket. The special structure of the goose feathers creates a stable flight path, which allows precise control of the shuttlecock during play. Goose feathers are durable and retain their quality over many games, which increases their longevity.
2-layer cork base
Thanks to the robust head made of high-quality 2-layer cork, you maintain perfect control of the ball and enjoy an absolutely fantastic playing feeling during powerful shots. The two cork layers ensure a high durability with maximum playing comfort. They combine a whole cork content at the top with a high-quality cork blend at the basket transition and thus ensure better longevity of the balls.
Medium Speed 77 - Ideal all-rounder
Natural shuttlecocks are available in speeds 73-80. In Europe, it is played almost exclusively at speeds of 76, 77 and 78. As a rule of thumb for selecting the speed, the colder the game location (e.g. the hall), the higher the speed should be. Up to 19 degrees, you should choose 78, at medium temperatures of 20-25 degrees, 77 is recommended and from 26 degrees you should play a 76.
If you are unsure, we recommend choosing the medium speed of 77. This medium speed basically offers a balanced gaming experience and is a good all-round speed.
