Adjustable Butterfly Lumbar Pillow for Sleeping
How to use?
STRETCH YOUR LOWER BACK 30 MINUTES A DAY:
1. Lie flat on a bed.
2. Place the lumbar cushion in the middle of your lower back. Position gently on the pillow, along your spine up or down, to find the most comfortable position for your back.
3. Bend your knees, put your hand straight your head.
4. Once comfortable, let your lower back sit further in the support. Slow deep breaths help to relax.
7. Pay attention to how the support strengthens your posture. You can observe at this point that you release tension.
8. You may notice that your lower back muscles continue to relax and your posture is aligned.
9. As with any new exercise, start slowly, use ten minutes and check again if you can use it for another five minutes or not. Proceed gradually when you feel comfortable.
COMFORTABLE SLEEP ALL NIGHT:

2. You can sleep all night with this pillow for side sleep or back sleep.
