Is the rolling pin hollow inside and therefore very light?

Our rolling pin has a weight of approximately 590 g and weighs almost an average of 300 g more than comparable stainless steel products. This higher weight is due to the stainless steel core, which is not hollow inside.

Can you grind biscuits with this dough roller without the silicone dissolving?

Basically, there is absolutely nothing to be said against grinding biscuits with the dough roller. The silicone is firmly attached to the stainless steel core so that it will not peel off.

Is the silicone used for the pastry roller free of BPA and other harmful substances?

Dont worry, both the silicone and stainless steel of our pastry roller are proven to be 100% BPA free and food safe according to LFGB. This has been confirmed by an independent testing laboratory.

Can I put the fondant roller in the dishwasher?
