On the stainless steel box at the end of the handle, you can also hang the pan. Ideal for pancake preparation. Suitable for all types of cookers, including oven and grill. Please note: Cast iron kazan without coating is intended for the preparation of fried and braised dishes. Before use, the dishes should be cleaned with hot water without detergent. Heat the dishes up to 100 °C and cover the inner surface with a thin layer of vegetable oil. The tableware is ideal for preparing food without citric, vinegar or lactic acid. The cast iron tableware is not suitable for food storage. After preparation, the dishes should be cleaned with salt and a steel sponge but without detergent, dried and coated with a thin layer of vegetable oil. The cast iron dishes must not be cleaned in the dishwasher. In the wrong operation, the dishes may rust without coating. The corrosion can be easily cleaned with the steel sponge. After repeating the procedure in point 2, the tableware will regain its original shape. Corrosion on the cast iron dishes is not a defect, but the result of incorrect operation
