The FS1 Fusion combines the fine grinding pattern of a flap grinding disc with the durability of a grinding disc. Machine suitability: the Rhodius FS1 Fusion is a grinding disc (shape 27) for angle grinders of all performance classes. Material suitability: The Rhodius FS1 Fusion has been specifically designed for the machining of stainless steel (VA steel, Inox), e.g. 1.4. 301 (X5CrNi18-10 or 304), steel (black steel also called mild steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. The grinding disc FS1 Fusion is ideal for fillet seam grinding. Construction and manufacturing: the disc is manufactured according to EN 12413 and is safety-tested and is oSa certified. Every thousandth disc is tested for safety at almost twice the operating speed. It contains high-quality abrasive grain (aluminium oxide also called corundum) and specially coordinated phenolic resin as well as a reinforcement made of three full-surface fibreglass fabric layers.
