Description

Sheet metal can be processed effectively with the MSW beading machine.

With the beading machine, sheet metal can be processed in a simple and direct way. With the help of rollers, joints or frets can be pulled into the sheet metal. Cutting discs offer the possibility to cut sheet metal.

The beading machine is optimally designed for deforming different metal sheets. The device develops enough compressive force to process or even separate steel sheets with a thickness of 1.21 mm and aluminium sheets of 1.8 mm thick. For use in the workshop or on the construction site, the device can be easily mounted on a vice. The flaring machine is mechanically operated with a hand crank. This drives two rollers that are 50mm apart and form a 440mm wide recess At the end of the rollers, rollers are mounted, which fold different shapes into the sheet metal. By rotating the crank, the sheets are pulled into the device. The device is characterised by a sturdy construction made of cast iron and steel. The beading machine is equipped with three pairs of rollers each to form joints of different widths as well as frets into the sheet, as well as a roller set with which you can separate sheets.
