Installation steps:
1. Use the hexagon key wrench to unscrew the grub screw.
2. Align the top notch surface of the pilot bit with the grub screw hole and tighten it to make sure the center bit is stable.
3. Install the T.C.T carbide hole saw bit to the electric drill, bench drill or magnetic drill and start drilling.
Applications:
- Smooth cuts into up to 5 mm thick material like stainless steel, sheet metal, high alloy steel, iron, aluminum, plastic, FRP and PVC.
- Widely used for home decoration work, e.g. drill holes on metal plate in the kitchen room, door structure and cable box.
- Heavy usage on industrial plants, e.g. applications in heating, ventilation and air conditioning demand an enduring hole saw that delivers a precise cut into high quality stainless steel.
- Precise drilling for electric boxes to smoothly assemble buttons, switches and displays.
Attention tips:
1. Manually installed and tightened before use.
2.Used on electric drills and bench drills that can hold more than 10mm shank.
3.Keep the drill be stable when drilling, otherwise the centre bit may get snapped due to excessive shaking.
4. Hole saw may become overheated due to fast rotary friction, please use cutting fluid to keep the hole saw cold during usage.
