Description

Use: fixing technology with countersunk screw heads. If you want to make a hole with flat countersink, please always measure the spigot of the countersink first, take the appropriate twist drill with the determined diameter and drill the through hole. So you can be sure that everything fits together. When lowering the flax, you always use low speeds of the drill. We recommend an average speed of approx. 200RPM Our flat countersink set comes with standard DIN medium. This DIN designation regulates the ratio between the pilot pin and the cutting diameters. There are fine, medium and coarse on the market. DIN medium can be found over 90% in German mechanical engineering, as nothing jams or wobbles. During production, the countersink was ground between tips and therefore has a high concentricity accuracy. The countersink can be clamped in the jaw chuck, collet or drill chuck. After the flat sink: chamfer the resulting degree with our separately available countersinks. Use: In the German mechanical engineering industry, this flat countersink is used 90% with DIN medium. Box contents: metal cassette, 7 flat countersinks for threads M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12
