The float switch from Wiltec is a hollow float and works according to the buoyancy principle. This hollow float is raised by the rising liquid until a switching process is triggered at an angle of 50° to the horizontal. The float switch can be hung in the liquid by a screw connection on the side or with open containers from above. Thanks to the standard weight weight, the switching point can be optimally set. The float is suitable for monitoring the level of almost all liquids that do not attack its material, regardless of the degree of contamination. You can use the float switch as a full or empty detector, to control pumps and valves or for alarm messages. Round PVC float switch suitable for almost all pumps, equipped with 10 m cable. If your pump has more than 1.1 kW of power, you should preconnect a standard power contactor or a corresponding power relay. With a 380 V power contactor, 380/400 V three-phase pumps can also be controlled.
