Instructions:
1. Open the filler neck before use, the electric pump and power connectors before oiling, and then press the black button next to the motor to open. Press the hand control switch (upwards). After a few air press, press the hand control switch (down), turn off the motor, connected to the hose. (The pressure should not exceed 63Mpa at air pressure to avoid damage).
2. Open the motor after the pump is connected to the device, and put the operating valve into pressure position after the engine has rotated for 1-2 minutes. At this moment, the hydraulic oil comes into the cylinder to perform the work, and the output of the hydraulics. The oil increases with the loading of its own booster up to 63 MPa.
3. The normal working temperature of the oil pump between 10℃ ~ 50℃, if the oil temperature ≥ 70℃ is detected, the use should be adjusted after continuous working under high pressure. Allow them to cool before use.
4. The pressure of the relief valve and safety valve has been adjusted before the pump has left the factory. The user cannot increase the pressure arbitrarily, but only reduce according to the actual working pressure, which can improve the service life of the pump station.
5. The motor must be reliably grounded.
