The LCD sign gives your OpenMV camera the ability to display what it sees on the go when not connected to your computer. It has a 1.8 inch 128 x 160 16-bpp (RGB565) TFT LCD display with controllable backlight. The firmware of your OpenMV camera has built-in support for controlling the LCD sign with the LCD module.
Applications:
The LCD sign is great for robot applications where you need to debug your OpenMV camera in the field - like debugging a robot following a line. For example, you can use the LCD sign to display the frame buffer after setting thresholds and drawing markups on a picture.
