Specially designed for professional catering needs, the perforated GN 1/2 container RCGN-P1/2X200 from Royal Catering is suitable for use in restaurants, canteens, salad bars, cafeterias, pizzerias, hotels etc. It is used to store food to keep it warm for a long period of time either in a Bain Marie or cold in a refrigerated display case.

With its dimensionally stable and scratch-resistant construction, the GN container meets the high demands of the catering industry and is versatile thanks to its suitability for temperatures between -20 and 300 °C. It is 200 mm deep and holds a volume of up to 11.7 litres. The perforated GN container is suitable for draining food, such as meat, or directly for cooking vegetables. It is also ideal for serving seafood on ice. Due to its generous corner edges with practical edge embossing, the GN container is compatible with all standard GN 1/2 lids. Furthermore, thanks to its flattened edges, it can also be easily used in Bain Maries etc. Also, the flattened edges prevent steam from escaping from the water bath along the container. This means that it has a higher heat output than comparable containers with curved edges.

In addition, edge embossing and the rounded bottom corners allow space-saving stacking of several GN 1/2 containers, both of the same and different depth. Thanks to the use of high-quality stainless steel, the container is tasteless and odourless, very resistant, easy to clean and offers you a high durability. The container is also dishwasher safe.
