Description

The MOTU M2 USB interface stands out from other interfaces in its price range thanks to its very high-quality preamplifiers that ensure crystal clear sound. The M2 uses the same ultra-DAC technology as the high-priced MOTU AVB audio interfaces. Unusual for the price range is also the high dynamic range of 120 dB, which is otherwise only found in professional devices.

The USB driver from MOTU allows extremely low latency of only 2.5ms (32 sample buffers at 96kHz). In addition, seamless monitoring of the inputs for microphone, guitar or line signal.

The USB interface with metal housing offers 2 combo jack inputs for XLR and 6.3 mm jack, which are suitable for microphones, line devices or Hi-Z instruments such as guitar and bass. In addition to a headphone output with independent volume control, the interface has 2 balanced jack outputs and 2 unbalanced RCA outputs as well as MIDI in/out.
