Important tips: 4 things you should know before purchasing

1. This dimmable E27 LED bulb is not compatible with 3-stage touch control lamps. The flickering occurs due to different working mechanisms. It is not a quality problem of the bulb or touch lamp.

2. The E27 LED bulbs are compatible with most LED dimmers. Please make sure your dimmer switch is compatible with LED bulbs. When matching with the glow dimmer, the total output guided by the dimmer should be less than 60% of the maximum power of the dimmer.

3. As there are thousands of dimmer brands on the market, compatibility is uneven. It is possible that our bulb will flicker at the highest or lowest setting when installed in some LED dimmers. But this is not a quality problem. We recommend that you adjust the bulb in a reasonable range.

4. It is possible that our bulb will flicker if only 1 bulb fits into the LED dimmer. But this is not a quality problem. You can try to connect multiple bulbs to one LED dimmer, which can improve compatibility.
