1. Use only the highest heat setting to heat up and switch back to medium or low heat to fry.2. Dishwasher safe. But we recommend hand washing. Wash the pot by hand to keep it in better condition and extend its service life.3. Clean the stockpot with water, detergent and a sponge immediately after use.4. Do not use steel wool or sandy scourers to clean the stockpot.5. If leftovers stick to the cooking pot, the cooking pot should be soaked before rinsing.
